KFG operates exclusively as a strategic B2B commodity brokerage and logistics consultant. We do not engage in retail consumer transactions. By utilizing our services, initiating a fuel audit, or requesting contract pricing, you acknowledge that all pricing models, supply chain frameworks, and logistical data provided by KFG are proprietary. Any unauthorized distribution, reverse-engineering, or reproduction of our proprietary supply chain methodologies is strictly prohibited. KFG reserves the right to terminate brokerage services or deny access to our network at our sole discretion without prior notice.

Kinetic Fuel Group adheres to uncompromising data security standards. We collect surgical enterprise data—including fleet sizes, monthly diesel burn rates, operational routes, and financial supply chain expenditures—strictly for the purpose of executing forensic fuel audits and securing wholesale commodity pricing. KFG does not sell, lease, or distribute your proprietary fleet data to third-party marketing entities. All data transmitted through our web portals and API infrastructure is heavily encrypted. By submitting a fuel audit request, you authorize KFG and its designated AI infrastructure (powered by Nigredo Strategic) to process your data for the exclusive purpose of optimizing your logistical overhead.

Diesel and heavy fuel markets are inherently volatile and subject to rapid macroeconomic fluctuations. All index-tied pricing, futures contracts, and baseline volume estimates presented by Kinetic Fuel Group are intended for strategic projection purposes only. KFG does not guarantee specific, fixed market rates until a formal, legally binding acquisition contract is executed between your enterprise and our terminal partners. 'Zero-Fat Contracts' refers strictly to our transparent margin model; however, total cost variables will fluctuate based on freight distance, real-time terminal availability, and regional taxes. Past fuel savings and audit recovery percentages are based on historical client data and do not guarantee identical future results.
